Mindfulness is a trendy topic in mental health and has only increased in popularity over the last ten years. However, most people still don't understand what it is, or how it can help you!

And, mamas... we need all the help we can get!

As a mother and a mental health therapist, I've both experienced the stress and anxiety around motherhood as well as helped hundreds of women through their own challenges.

Mindfulness works. I've seen it, and now I want to show you.

Motherhood is a lot. Invest in you. Invest in stress reduction. Invest in a happier mom, wife, and life.

Hello Mamas!

My name is Sarah Nealy and I have been working in mental health for over a decade. After earning two Master's degrees in clinical counseling and psychology, I now work in private practice as a mental health therapist. In my personal life, I am a mama to a loving little girl with significant medical challenges. My passion is to normalize the stressors of motherhood, talk openly and bluntly about the shitty parts, and embrace other mothers with zero judgment or shame.
